It's time for the Europan update again!

We're back down to 251, although this should be sorted by a nice bit of recruiting. Phil IV came back, cursing when he was told that his nation had kicked the bucket. Another older member, Noitan Eugor has also come back, but swiftly left on a short break.

In the RP section, new member The Chosen Nations is kickeing up a huge fuss, with several contraversial moves; first, blaming another nation for terrorist attacks - abit of Godmodding there - second, attempting to sell off criminals as slave labour, then third claiming an island and attempting to set up a nuclear launch base. This has lead to several odd occurances - Karthenia and Akiiryu, long time IC rivals, agreeing on matters and the usually warmongering Tagmatium attempting to halt the deployment of Akiiryu's navy.

Nothing really has happened in Foreign Affairs, but in Internal Affairs, three nations have applied for senate, Deltannia, long-time member and Mongol-Swedes and new member The Chosen Nations.

It's that time again! Welcome to Europan News, hosted by your friendly ambassador, Tagmatium.

We've grown to 265 nations, although we have been saddened by the loss of three of our older members, Jaihu, Free-Ekainak and Phil IV. On the other hand, today an older member has come back from a long abscene, the old ambassador to Q102, Meteorola. Oh, he might want his old job back... :blink:

In the Roleplay section, things are very quiet, with nothing much happening, except Akiiryu, Meteorola and Vanarambaion expanding to accommodate their large populations. Other, new nations are claim map plots, although this has stopped due to the mysterious disappearence of our cartorapher, Argenland. Other on-going RPs have ground to a halt, one due to the hospitalisation of Senator Gaius, also one of our senators.

In foreign affairs, one consulate (the Proletariat Coalition) has opened, whilst one has closed (the European Coalition). Canada has also had a consulate opened.

I can't think of anything else, so that's the end of this week's update.
